  5.       This version of XPNS-IT does not use a file structure which is compatible
  6. with the previous version of XPNS-IT.  We have opted to use a pseudo relational
  7. multi-file database instead of the XBASE file format which was used previously. 
  8. This change allowed us to create a program with much more functionality than the
  9. previous version using less memory.  Users attempting to use the previous release
  10. on notebook computers just did not have enough available memory to make the
  11. previous system function well.

  13.       Logikal Solutions assumes no responsiblity for use/misuse of this software. 
  14. Although the information provided by this application does come in handy during
  15. income tax season and the author uses it for that purpose, the software is
  16. released purely for its entertainment value.  It is designed to be a tool for the
  17. self employed individual who knows what his/her income is, but needs to keep
  18. track of expenses by category to simplify filling out of tax forms.

  20.       THIS SOFTWARE MUST BE INSTALLED FROM FLOPPY DISKS!  The shareware release
  21. of this software is distributed as a single self extracting file.  You can
  22. extract this file onto a single 1.44MEG floppy disk.  To install just type the
  23. drive letter a full colon and INSTALL.

  27.       The installation program will prompt you for any needed information.  You
  28. can override the default installation drive and directory if you wish.  Help is
  29. available at every promt by pressing <F1>.  We suggest you do this for every
  30. option to learn the functionality of the system.
